About us
Coupon HUB Italia is an independent site collecting discount codes and promotions from online shops that deliver to Italy. It belongs to no retailer and is not a publishing group's shop window: it is a small project, run from Italy, funded by affiliate commissions and advertising.

What this site actually does
Three things. It collects the live promotions of shops the affiliate networks have an agreement with, and keeps them sorted by shop and category. It explains, in the guides, the things people always get wrong around a discount: where a code goes, why it gets rejected, when buying is actually worth it. And it offers two tools that earn nothing but help anyone shopping online: the Italian tax-code calculator and parcel tracking.
What we do not do: we do not invent codes, we do not publish "exclusive coupons" we were never given, we do not ask you to sign up to see a discount, and we do not hide nothing behind a button.
Where the offers come from
We do not write the promotions: they come from the affiliate platforms the site is signed up with, which pass on what the shops themselves uploaded. Today there are four, each covering a different part of the market:
- Awin — the main source: most of the fashion, tech, travel and home shops on the site.
- TradeTracker — the only one that gives us both the codes and the shops' official creatives.
- TradeDoubler — a small number of campaigns, discount codes only.
- FinanceAds — the finance vertical: current accounts and cards, where the promotion is a sign-up bonus rather than a discount.
How the site earns
When you leave for a shop, the link goes through the affiliate platform's tracking. If you then buy, the shop credits a commission to the platform and the platform passes it to us. The price you pay is exactly what you would pay reaching the shop any other way: the commission comes out of the retailer's margin, not your pocket.
The second source is advertising: some boxes are Google ads, always labelled as such above the box. The pages that generate no commission at all — the guides, the tax-code tool, parcel tracking — are funded by that alone.
This creates an obvious conflict of interest, and saying so beats pretending otherwise: we earn if you buy. Which is why there is one internal rule — an offer's conditions are reported as they are, including the inconvenient ones, and an offer that is not worth it does not become worth it because it pays better. The "How we earn" guide has the long version.
What we know about you
You do not need an account to use the site. If you are not signed in we collect nothing that identifies you: we count how often a single offer is opened, in aggregate, and how many pages are viewed each day. That count writes nothing to your device.
The account, via Google, exists only to keep favourites, votes and reviews. The Privacy page lists in full what is collected, who processes it and how long it stays.
Reports and corrections
A discount code has a short life: it expires, the budget runs out, the shop pulls it without telling anyone. Despite the automated checks, one that no longer works does slip through. When it does, the thumbs-down under the offer is the fastest way to tell us — those reports feed into the order offers appear in — and the Contact page is there for everything else: mistakes, removal requests, proposals from a retailer.
