There is a real email address behind this site, read by the people who run it. We read everything that arrives and reply as soon as we can; below is what to write about and, just as usefully, what is better asked elsewhere.
A code did not work
This is the most useful report we can get, and the fastest way to send it is not email: under every offer there are two thumbs, and a thumbs-down immediately affects the order that offer appears in for everyone else. No sign-up needed.
If you would rather write, name the shop and the code: it helps us tell whether the shop pulled the promotion or the fault is in how we display it.
A mistake on the site, or content to take down
Write to us if you find something wrong — an expiry that does not add up, a shop filed under the wrong category, a text that does not match the actual promotion.
If you represent a company and want a promotion, a logo or a creative removed from the site, just say so: we take it down, no argument. Please include the exact page address and the material in question.
You are a retailer and want to be listed
The offers published here come from the affiliate platforms (Awin, TradeTracker, TradeDoubler, FinanceAds): the natural way to appear is to run a campaign on one of them and accept our application to the programme.
We do not sell ranking positions or reviews: the order of offers is set by an internal score, and no payment changes it. What remains possible are the spaces declared as advertising, which are labelled as such.
What we are the wrong people to ask
We are not the shops' customer service, and there is nothing we can do about an order placed with them: we do not see orders and we handle no payments, returns or refunds. Those go to the shop you bought from.
If the question is "where is my parcel", the site's tracking page queries the couriers and often answers faster than support does. If it concerns a return or a refund, the shop's customer service is the reference — by law they have to handle the right of withdrawal.
Privacy of what you send
What you write stays in the mailbox and is used only to reply to you. We do not use it to send you advertising, it goes on no list and is passed to nobody. The details on data handling are on the Privacy page.
