We do not keep the tracking number: it passes through, goes to the courier and comes back.
Common questions
- Where do I find the tracking number?
- In the shop's shipping confirmation email, not the order one. It is usually called "tracking number" or "shipment code".
- The number is not recognised, why?
- Two common causes: the courier has not collected the parcel yet, or the number was only partly copied. A tracking number has no spaces inside it.
- Does it work with every courier?
- With over 1,500, including all those delivering in Italy: BRT, GLS, Poste Italiane, SDA, InPost, Amazon, Nexive, TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx.
